Frequently, the first person you

a mortgage loan. For example, when you hire us, we can recommend a good
local lender, title company, attorney or settlement/closing agent based
upon our professional experience. However, keep in mind you are not
required to follow a real estate broker’s recommendation. You should
compare the costs and services offered by other providers with those
recommended by the real estate broker!
